Our 3 Step Process
1. Start With a Call
A short, no pressure call where we go over your history, your goals, and any past injuries or pain. This is where we make sure this is actually the right fit for you before you spend a dollar. If it is, we get you booked for your assessment right there on the call.
2. Hercules LOngevity Assessment
This is where we test. VO2 max, mobility, movement quality, strength, and power. Everything you told me on the call gets factored in, so nothing gets programmed around a problem we don't know about. You leave with real numbers and a clear picture of where you actually stand.
3. Train To Your Data
Your results drive the program. You train twice a week in a semi private group capped at 4 people, coached in person by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, with everything modified on the floor to fit your body and your history. Every three months we run the same tests again so you see the progress on paper, not just in how you feel. If a number isn't moving, we change the plan.

Every clinician here runs the same assessment, uses the same testing standards, and coaches to the same methodology, so your results are consistent no matter who you're working with.
That means you get the clinical eye of physical therapy and the programming of a strength coach in every session. Not a trainer running a template. That combination is the whole point.

Who will I be working with?
One of our Doctors of Physical Therapy. Every clinician on the team is trained in the same assessment and programming system, so you get the same standard either way.
How long does the assessment take?
Plan for about an hour.
Do you take insurance?
No, we're cash based. That's what lets us give you an hour of a clinician's time instead of fifteen minutes.
What happens after the assessment?
If it's a fit, you join the twice weekly semi private program, capped at 4 people. If it isn't, you still leave with your numbers and a plan.
