Physical Therapy
Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy
How many times have you walked into the gym or laced up your cleats, started crushing your training, begin to redline, and…. boom get injured. The cycle begins! You then “rest” the area, feel better, head right back into sport, feel good, start bringing up the intensity and again…you get injured, and the roundabout continues.
We help athletes and active adults recover from injuries, surgeries, aches and pains. We will relieve your pain, address the root cause of it, and make sure that it doesn’t come back so you can go live your active life and get back to the sports and activities you love.
We’ve been there just like you. We have felt achy after a competition. We have experienced the pain of injury. We have felt the hopelessness that comes from seeing slow progress from the sidelines. We understand the frustration and want to help you get past it as fast as possible so you don’t miss another minute.
The Hercules approach is not a one size fits all. We emphasize efficiency with the number of visits we see you for and maximize the hour plus we get to work with you so you don’t have to waste your time and energy. Our hybrid gym and clinic gives you full access to all the tools, equipment, and knowledge to get you out of pain and make sure it never returns. We don’t just hand you an exercise list and say…go. We work with you through a full attention, hands on approach.

Kids aren't just small adults, their growing bodies need a different approach. We take growth plates and ongoing physical development into account when building a treatment plan, since these areas heal and respond differently than mature bone or soft tissue. Whether we're rehabbing an injury or helping a young athlete build a strong foundation before one happens, our programs match their age, activity level, and stage of development, so they can keep playing the sports they love without setting them back.
-
This age group is a mix of everything, growth-related injuries carried over from adolescence and the adult-pattern injuries that come with heavier training loads and game demands. We look at the full picture: how you move, how much volume you're putting your body through across practices, games, and multiple teams, and any underlying weaknesses or imbalances that are driving the problem. That thorough approach is what lets us get you back to competing quickly and safely, not just symptom-free.
-
Been told your injury is "chronic" or that you're just "bone on bone"? The body can heal and adapt at any age. We dig into the actual cause of your pain, not just where it hurts, and build a plan to correct the movement patterns behind it. The goal isn't just getting you back to baseline, it's coming out stronger, more mobile, and more resilient than before the injury happened.
-
Staying competitive doesn't have an age limit. Whether your goal is running a race, getting back on the court, lifting heavier, or just keeping up with the activities you love, we build a plan around what you actually want to do, not a generic senior protocol. We accept traditional Medicare Part B ONLY for this age group, so care stays accessible while you keep training like an athlete.

HOw we can Help
hybrid approach
Our clinic operates with a hybrid approach. Why? We value your time and money. Traditional clinics often schedule in person visits 2-3 x per week. If you pay a copay each visit at a traditional insurance based clinic, that adds up quickly at multiple visits per week. For most people, 2-3x per week of inflexible visits is difficult to maintain as that’s a lot of time off work or away from other obligations. Life is busy, let’s do PT on a schedule that works for YOU.
How this works:
Here at Hercules, you’ll typically come in person 1x per week for a one-on-one session. This is when you’ll get 60 minutes of fully focused treatment to address your specific needs. This will look like manual therapy, dry needing, and/or strength and mobility progressions. The remainder of the week, you’ll utilize the our Hercules Everfit App to perform individualized programmed exercises. You’ll have direct communication with our skilled clinicians to make sure those exercises are feeling good or make adjustments as needed.
Not local or have a crazy schedule? We offer FULLY REMOTE options as well. Let’s get to work!
